David Maynard

I support faculty in the epidemiology department. The faculty I currently assist include Allison Kuipers, Andrea Kriska, Bonny Rockette-Wagner, Evelyn Talbott, Iva Miljkovic, and Tiffany Gary-Webb.

I am most involved in two major projects. One is lead by Drs. Talbott to investigate the relationship between hydraulic fracking and the development of childhood cancers in Southwestern PA in partnership with the State Department of Health. The other is to support Pitts Tobago Research Team to study a variety of conditions in a relatively homogenous population with a controlled environment.
