Jerone Stoner Awarded 2016-17 Bob Yee Scholarship

Jerone Stoner (IDM '17) was awarded a 2016 Bob Yee Public Health Scholarship. A native of Chambersburg, PA, Stoner is pursuing a Master of Public Health degree with a concentration in infectious disease management, intervention, and community practice (MPH-MIC). He holds an undergraduate biochemistry & molecular biology degree from Dickinson College and is interested in traveling, hiking biking, swimming, and volleyball.

Named in honor of professor emeritus Robert B. Yee, and funded by generous contributions by alumni and friends of the Department of Infectious Diseases and Microbiology, this scholarship is awarded to three incoming IDM master's students (MPH or MS) each year based on academic merit.
